Welcome to www.classicskagitboatclub.com, The Original Classic Skagit Boat Club
Home of the "Skagiteers"
Bruce and family have been sailing with us for 8 years now! They own two very nice Skagit boats, and they both get wet. No trailer queens in this family.
In their own words:
Bruce is also the SKagit Club Graphic Arts guy, having designed and produced hats, burgees, business cards and the coveted SKagit chrome emblems for all of us. Truly one of the pillars of the Skagit community.
Willa B, at the La Conner Show in September 2008. A time capsule for sure.

Bruce and Evan enjoying Willa B on Lake Washington November of 2008.
Here's Bruce in foreground at one of our favorite destinations, the beach at Hope Island near Deception Pass. It's just outside the birthplace of all Skagit boats, the Swinomish Slough. Even though she's a time capsule, this baby gets used as the family magic carpet! It's 20' of waterfront!

Another pic of Mr. Graphic Arts Guy's boats...
Action shot of the pretty Skagit 14 Sportster, 1958 model. Paint is System Three waterbased linear polyurethane, did it themselves.
Vintage Evinrude 55hp imported from Texas!
Since you see the seat above, how about the rest of the fabulous interior below!

Next pic is a reproduction Skagit emblem for years 1955-1958 on the 14, and the Skagit ID Plate showing this is a 14 Sportster number 533. They made a lot of these little guys.
Here's a pic Bruce and Evan are really proud of, the former owner showed up at the La Conner Boat Show to see the family's former boat looking like she did when he was eleven!

Bruce and Evan next to their beauty. Notice the TeeNee trailer which has reproduction decals. Painted with a rattle-gun.

There she goes, of into the sunset!
Random shots of the Mighty Willa B in action with Bruce, Vicki, Evan!
