Dick Kathi Dow's Skagit
Dick and Kathi Dow are longtime friends. Dick is currently the President of the Pacific Northwest Chapter of ACBS here in Seattle, but has a lifetime of experience on small boats; he says they're less work!
Dick has a very nice 1958 Skagit Ski-Master 16 powered by a Homelite 55 or Bearcat 55 at various times.
Dick also owns a locally built Dakota, a 35' Chris Craft Commander, and his latest project a 38' Tollycraft designed by Edwin Monk Sr. He has played mothership for the Skagit fleet at several events, and I can't wait to share a hot cup of coffee with him aboard the new Tolly.
