Don and Sharon live at Shelter Bay in La Conner, on the water across from the former Skagit Plastics boat factory. They have hosted several Skagit events, including the blockbuster Skagit 50th Anniversary held in August 2005.
Don's history with Skagit boats goes wayyyyy back.
He formerly owned Sweet Sixteen, a fabulously cared for 1959 Skagit 16 Ski-Master, for 23 years! Don repowered her about 4 times over the years, and used her for both crabbing and cruising.
Don and his classy wife Sharon are some of the nicest people you could hope to meet, and we look forward to seeing them for every Skagit homecoming.
