Doug A's Skagit page
San Diego Doug is a serious Skagiteer. First he flies up to buy his 1957 Skagit 20 Express, which has been famous within Skagit Club circles for over 10 years. It was owned by someone that insisted it was a "Taylor" because of some hardware emblems on her interior. DougG got her, then Doug A flew up and bought her. He restored her marvelously, including twin engines! Then he flew up AGAIN to buy parts off of a derelict Skagit to complete his restoration. What a lovely shade of green, it's 1957 all over again. Bravo on job well done, Doug.
