Our friend Thom, aka Dr. Frankenmerc, is really into Mercs. His engines are black, unless early model white or green Mercs. He's been known to wash his hands after handling off-brands, and rumor has it he wears black underwear. Wife Dlani confirmed that, by the way!
His boats are fast, I personally have seen over 50mph on my gps in one of his boats running an ADI style Merc 115hp. Wow what fun that was....!

Thom's Glasspar G-3, sporting a really rare Merc 150XS which I believe is actually about 165hp at the flywheel. Notice the louvered cowling......

Coming soon: Thom and Dlani's Beachcruising boat, a really nice GlasPly 19' sporting (you guessed it) a Merc 115hp. I can't wait to ride on this boat, that canvas makes her an all-season cruiser and she'll slice through Puget Sound chop well with her modified V bottom design.
