Bell Boy and Skagit were close relatives, Howard Roberts worked there before and after his tenure with Skagit Plastics.
This is John Kelly and wifes 1959 404 Express 19.
John and fellow Skagit Club member Jeff worked on her during their "Tuesday Night Boat Nights" for a looong time. They applied the red metalflake finish, looks like Dorothy's shoes from Wizard of Oz. She's named Marvelous 59 after father-in-law Marv who had a Bell Boy.
